Children under 7 are welcome on our daytime tours, although they may find the historical content challenging. For safety reasons, there must be at least one paying adult for every three children under 12.

Loud, disruptive, or distracting behavior will result in being asked to leave the tour. This policy applies to all guests, regardless of age. Available 7 days a week starting at $270 for groups up to 15 guests; $320 for groups between 16 and 30 guests. School/Non-profit rates starting at $250. (15.25% tax added to all rates.)

After Hours: Red Light District Tour
Adults only tour with a focus on the "underside" of underground history. You will see and learn about the Seattle underground and Pioneer Square but with more adult themes than the standard tour. Gambling,drinking, sex work,drugs,and vice are the types of topics covered.
